Thank you to my lovely client for letting me share her experiences in my blog. Whether you "believe" in Reiki or not, this is a beautiful illustration of how the energy will go where it is needed.

Treatment 1

"I had not had Reiki before so I was unsure what to expect. At the most I thought it would be a nice relaxing experience. I had a very busy weekend ahead of me and as I lay down on the table lots of plans, thoughts and lists were racing through my head. I couldn't think how I was going to relax with all these things going through my mind. However, at some point I was aware that these thoughts were not there. I was thinking of "nothing" somehow. So nice to escape from a sort of "busy mind".

At a point, I was aware that my right arm felt light and then my left arm. I was not aware that my arms were lifting but I felt the fur of the blanket on the backs of my hands. I saw bright pink, pulsating, bright light. Then pulsating bright white, intense light. I can only describe this as like an intense uplifting feeling that I wanted to last. Then followed by a relaxing "letting go" feeling. I felt my tummy lifting. Afterwards I felt calm, like I had experienced something very special to me. I felt "clean" and I can't really describe that really.

I had no expectations. Reiki was something I didn't necessarily not believe in or believe in but I certainly felt and wanted to find out more about it. An amazing experience.

Treatment 2

"Again, I had no expectations and I was certain the arm movements would have been a fluke - a "one off". This time I saw white but not pink light again, flashing and pulsating in a pleasant way. My arms felt light both at once but I was honestly unaware of any movement. Again an intensely amazing experience.

After both experiences I felt I wanted to be in a peaceful environment, in nature, so I walked home through the cemetery.
