From Administrator to Following my Soul’s Calling: My Story

Isis Healing incarnated from a seed planted within me in 2025. I was working as an Administrator in a secondary school, passionate about bodybuilding and the gym with plans to do a second bodybuilding competition in 2026. On the outside everything looked like my life had come together, however, on the inside something was shifting. I no longer felt like myself. Everything I knew and the person I was had begun to fall away. I felt out of alignment. Falling with no idea where I was going to land.

I felt called to spend more time with myself in stillness. Reflecting, reading, learning and in

meditation. Experiencing the dark nights of the soul, I desperately held on to the old version of myself for as long as I could. Until my inner descent became too powerful. I had to surrender and trust.

Why was this happening? Why me and why now?

I began to travel during my dreams. My Spirit Guides and loved ones who had passed away offering support during this time of deep unrest. I remember one dream very clearly. Grandad, who passed away in 2020, came to me. We were talking about which “seeds to plant in the garden”. I woke up and felt incredibly peaceful. I knew I had left this realm. This was the start of many signs.

As each year drew to a close, I would reflect on the year gone by and my goals for the coming year. At the end of 2025 I could not write. Nothing was flowing. I felt blocked. Lost. My job felt misaligned and meaningless. Everything I thought I was, falling away. At the start of 2026 I began looking for administration jobs at my son’s university in London “for a change”. Just another of my attempts to cling on to something that needed to be released. I felt stuck. Trapped in a pattern. Overwhelmed by everything stirring inside of me.

My fiancé suggested thinking about receiving my Reiki 1st Degree. I sat with this idea and I felt that the energy was calling me. I ruminated over my experiences receiving this beautiful healing energy and started to research as much as I could. Something was beginning to shift in a different direction. The day I was attuned something fell into place. This is why I am here. This feels like “Me”. A few months later I felt called to train for my Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage. Also learning how to incorporate Reiki and crystals into massage therapy.

I decided to leave my full-time job after receiving a vision during a plant medicine ceremony. The time had come - to trust where my soul was leading me and follow my calling. This is the stage of my journey where this website is meeting you today.
